Delete your account
The same account is used for the platform and for the BrainMap mobile app.
You can delete your account at any time, on this page or in the mobile app (the Account screen, at the bottom). Deletion happens immediately and applies to both the platform and the app.
What is deleted
- your name, email address and password, so nobody can sign in to the account any more and the address becomes free for a new account;
- neurofeedback sessions and BrainMaps with their EEG files, coherence measurements taken with the chest strap and the NeuroMindfulness journal uploaded to the platform;
- your library (books, courses, audio), your progress in it, your cart and your BrainTune preferences;
- active packages and subscriptions, including anything left unused in them;
- two-step verification and the sessions open on any device.
What we keep and why
- orders and invoices, which accounting law requires us to keep for 10 years. They stay linked to an anonymous account with no name, email or password;
- 1:1 sessions that have already taken place stay in the therapist's calendar, without your name. Future appointments are cancelled automatically;
- measurements a therapist took on their own phone stay with them, but they are no longer linked to your account.
Anything saved only on your phone (for example sessions that were not uploaded yet) is deleted when you delete your account in the app or uninstall it.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot undo it, and what you bought cannot be recovered afterwards.
