Withdrawal and returns

This is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Romanian version, the Romanian version prevails.

You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason. There are a few exceptions provided by law, and they are named below.

1. The rule

You have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw from the contract, without a reason and without penalties. Write to us at the address at the end, and you will get your money back within 14 days of letting us know, by the same method you used to pay.

2. When it is NOT possible any more, and why

Digital content you have opened. Courses, books and audio programmes are delivered right after payment. If you have opened the material, the right of withdrawal is lost — because when you bought it you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose it that way. As long as you haven’t opened it, you can return it.

Sessions already held. A session that has taken place is a service fully provided with your consent, so it can’t be returned. One that hasn’t taken place is refunded in full.

3. Sessions: cancelling and moving

More than 24 hours in advance: you move the time or get your money back, no questions asked.
Within 24 hours: the session counts as held, because the time was blocked and could not be given to anyone else.
If the specialist doesn't show up: you get another time or your money back, as you prefer.
If the connection drops and the session couldn't take place: it is rescheduled at no cost.

4. Devices

Physical devices are ordered from the institute's shop and returned under the shop's terms, in their original packaging and in working order. You pay the cost of the return, unless the device arrived faulty.

5. How to ask

Write to us with the order number and what exactly you want to return. No particular form is needed, but if you prefer one, we will send it to you. We confirm receipt of your request on the same working day.
