Partner program
Recommend BrainMap and earn with us
The partner program comes in two versions: a simple one, with a fixed amount for every person you bring, and a multi-level one, in which you build a network.
The program is for anyone who wants to recommend BrainMap to friends, clients or followers. Once you are approved, you get a code, a link and a QR code that you can pass on.
When someone creates an account through them and pays for a subscription, you earn too. How much and how depends on the version you choose, and below you can see what each one means.
Two ways to work with us
You can join the simple program now, while the multi-level version is still being implemented. The rest of this page describes the simple program.
Multi-level program
- Besides your own clients, you bring other partners into the program and build a network.
- You earn every month from the subscriptions paid by your clients and by your network's clients, across up to 6 levels.
- The level percentages are 7%, 3%, 2%, 1.6%, 1.2% and 1.2%, up to 16% in total: €8 out of a €50 subscription.
- Levels unlock by rank (Partner, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond), recalculated every month from active clients and network size.

How it works, step by step
You apply
You create an account on the platform or sign in to the one you have, then fill in the partner application as an individual or as a company.
Our team approves your application
Someone from the BrainMap team checks the details you sent. Until approval, the codes do not work.
You get your code, link and QR code
After approval you create your codes on your partner page. Each code has its own link and a QR code you can share or print.
People come through you and pay a subscription
Anyone who creates an account through your code, link or QR code stays linked to you. Their first subscription payment brings you the amount.
You get paid
The amount goes into your balance once the month of the payment has ended. You request a payout from your page and the team sends the money by bank transfer.
How much you earn
For every person you bring you receive €4.00, once, at their first subscription payment. The amount is the same whichever subscription the person chooses.

There is no minimum number of people and no cap. Later payments from the same people bring nothing more, because each person is paid for only once.
How much you earn in the multi-level version (being implemented)
Here you earn every month, for as long as people keep paying their subscription, not just once. For a €50 subscription you receive:
- Level 1, your direct clients: 7%, that is €3.50
- Level 2: 3%, that is €1.50
- Level 3: 2%, that is €1.00
- Level 4: 1.6%, that is €0.80
- Level 5: 1.2%, that is €0.60
- Level 6: 1.2%, that is €0.60
- €8in total, across all 6 levels, from every €50 subscription (16%)
- €35 a monthif you have 10 direct clients with a €50 subscription, from level 1 alone (10 × €3.50), plus what your network brings
Levels 2 and above unlock according to your rank in that month, so your earnings grow with your network. The amounts are indicative and may change before this version launches.
What counts and what does not
- The first subscription payment of the person you bring: neurofeedback, heart coherence or NeuroMindfulness.
- People who create an account through your code, link or QR code.
- Books and single sessions.
- The same person's second payment and every one after it.
- A payment refunded before we sent you the amount. If the person pays for a subscription again, you receive the amount on that payment.
- Payments made in a month when your partner account is not active, for example while it is suspended.
When and how you get paid
- The amount for a person you bring goes into your balance once the month in which they paid has ended. For a payment made in March, for example, the amount becomes available at the start of April.
- From your partner page you can request a payout at any time, any amount up to your available balance.
- The team sends the money by bank transfer to the account (IBAN) you gave when you applied.
- As an individual, you declare the income to the tax authority yourself.
- As a company, you send us an invoice for the amount requested.
- We use your payment details only to send you the money. Your IBAN and address are stored encrypted.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to bring a minimum number of people?
No. You receive the amount for every person you bring who pays their first subscription, whether that is one person or a hundred.
What if the person I bring pays for the subscription every month?
You receive €4.00 once for them, at their first subscription payment. Their later payments bring nothing more.
How does the platform know the person came through me?
The person stays linked to you when they create an account through your link, your QR code or by entering your code when signing up. If they already had an account and have not paid anything yet, they can add your code in the cart before their first payment. The first code used is the one that counts, and a person linked to one partner does not move to another.
Does the person I bring get a discount?
No. They pay the usual price, and the amount you receive comes from us, not from their pocket.
What do I see about the people I bring?
You see how many people you brought and how many have paid. For privacy reasons you only see each person's first initial and the date, with no names or email addresses.
Do I need a company to be a partner?
No. You can apply as an individual and declare the income yourself. If you have a company, you apply as a company and send us an invoice for each amount you request.
Can I leave the program?
Yes. You request to leave from your partner page and the team approves it. What you earned until then stays yours and you can still request payment for it.
